I do my best to provide Le Chalet with the spirit of the greatest palaces, where the values of reception, service and personalisation are of utmost importance. People also come here because it is such a friendly place. They appreciate the big tables and the 'bourgeois' atmosphere (and we mean that in the good sense of the word). I love the concept of the great classic restaurants where all the guests, like regulars, feel at home.
