It’s always a joy to browse the handcrafted souvenirs and specialties from Carinthia at the markets in Velden, Pörtschach, Maria Wörth, Pyramidenkogel and Klagenfurt.
The tallest wooden observation tower in the world allows you to really appreciate the magnificent landscapes of Carinthia. At almost 71 meters high, the viewing platform is easily accessible via an elevator, or 441 steps if you want the exercise instead. Coming down is more fun, thanks to the tunnel slide and the "Flying-Fox" zip line. The observation town is open every day of the year.
