The Serai offers superb local specialties as well as western meals with a menu that changes daily, all designed to help you discover the diversity of the ingredients grown in the region. In the open air right before your eyes, our Chefs cook dishes using vegetables, greens and herbs from the hotel's organic vegetable garden. You can choose to dine in the tent provided for this purpose or anywhere on site. We are always on hand to create an experience tailor-made to suit to your desire or mood.
