I will share with you a very easy recipe that will remind you of Greece and will make everyone happy: Tzatziki.
In a colander set over a bowl, stir grated cucumber with salt and let drain for 30 minutes pressing with your hands until most of the water comes out. Combine Greek yoghurt, garlic gloves finely chopped, anise seeds chopped, olive oil, red wine vinegar. Adjust the seasoning to taste. Let chill for a few hours serve with pita bread.
