Il menù degustazione zambiano vi permetterà di scoprire la quaglia ai frutti rossi affumicati (proveniente da allevamenti della zona), i kumquat bolliti e gli spinaci alla panna con arachidi macinate, il tutto accompagnato dai nostri vini.
