Enjoy a memorable dining experience at our on-site award winning restaurant Appellation with a $270 dining credit.
Choosing this inclusion effectively creates a 'dine and stay' booking, the most popular way to book both Appellation and The Louise. Appellation is the Barossa's leading and most awarded dining venue, featuring a tasting menu approach to fresh, seasonal, locally sourced food selections and a wine list of more than 500 choices.
Pre-booking your evening at Appellation assures table availability in this very popular and often fully-booked restaurant. Selecting this booking option provides a $270 pre-paid dining allowance for two guests. You may use this allowance for any food and beverage choices on one evening in the restaurant and the adjacent sunset terrace bar and lounge. The dining allowance is applied to your room account and your restaurant docket will indicate that your allowance will be applied at check-out from your room.
Please be advised that Appellation restaurant is open for dinner service only from Friday - Tuesday evenings. More casual dining options are available at Bar Louise, adjacent to Appellation restaurant 7 nights a week.
If you wish, you may indicate your preferred evening to dine and seating time in the comments field and we will confirm your reservation with you. Also, if there is a dietary constraint that we should know in advance, please mention this in the comments section.
The perfect way to start a short break together at The Louise is to have a chilled bottle of Barossa sparkling white wine waiting in your room at check-in.
Enjoy the pleasure of clinking your bubbling glass flutes in your suite or on your private rear terrace overlooking the adjacent vineyards.
Should you prefer sparkling red wine or French Champagne, select one of these alternatives below.
When only the best will do. Relax with a chilled bottle of non-vintage Pommery Champagne, one of France's leading makers of premium bubbles for over two centuries.
Ten melt-in-your-mouth individual chocolates in a presentation box.
Same as above, except the substitution of red sparkling wine (a Barossa speciality). Enjoy!
