Here on Martha’s Vineyard, we’re lucky to have an impressive abundance of local food resources. When I’m planning a menu, I start with the freshest seafood and shellfish, grass-fed lamb, beef and pork, free-range chickens and their eggs, artisanal cheeses, and an incredible array of produce. We feature classic American cuisine, with subtle French and Italian influences, and a thoughtful wine selection to accompany it. The Terrace’s garden conservatory room, with its elegant, old-world ambiance, makes for a relaxed, sophisticated dining experience.
