Casey La Rue has been the Executive Chef & Owner of Scottsdale Arizona’s premiere luxury catering service Southwest Chef Services. Specializing in high end private events using the best ingredients from across the globe his company quickly became the caterer of choice for local celebrities and political elite. Prior work includes working alongside James Beard Award winning chefs as well as 3 Michelin star Chefs Daniel Boulud and Thomas Keller. Through all these experiences has led to creating menus that are both modern and yet approachable to all guests with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients.
