Your base for the day will be the Hartley Botanic glasshouse, where you’ll be treated to a delicious working lunch.

One-day and half-day courses introduce a range of themes, from conquering canapés to creating the stocks and sauces that form the foundation of every cook’s repertoire. Each focuses on recipes held dear by Raymond, but none more so than Maman Blanc’s Classic Cuisine which celebrates the simplicity of home cooking and showcases the dishes that led our chef patron to become the Michelin-starred chef he is today.
