Chef Dario Ranza, a native Italian, is known for his outstanding cuisine. His concept‘s name is "Cucina pulita", clean kitchen. For him, excellent “raw material” is the key. This together with correct technique creates a perfect dish: "When I create a dish, I have its picture in my mind. If the plate leaves the kitchen and mirrors exactly the image of this picture, then I'm happy!". Chef Ranza‘s top priority in terms of guest satisfaction is quality: "Guests feel at home. Our team knows their habits and responds to their desires in a subtle but perfect way."
