“I love to prepare various meals over and over again to create the prefect dish. My credo is to cook simple, delicious and in harmony with nature. I use regional food exclusively. All products are seasonal and of the highest quality. I know every supplier personally – which means a lot to me. I am excited to share my local recipes with passionate amateur chefs. Every summer, I teach cooking classes on an alp at 2200 meters above sea level. Cooking on a wood-burning oven challenges and inspires me.”
