I was born in Lleida, Spain, in the year 1990. Grew up surrounded by stoves, watching my grandmother and father moving pots and preparing wonderful dishes in the kitchen. In fact, i am a third generation of cooks inside the family.
I consider myself a cuisine lover and i love to experiment by combining different techniques, flavors and textures.
I grew experience working at Restaurants such as El Castell, El bulli, El Celler de Can Roca, Sant Pau de Carme Ruscalleda, Guggenheim Bilbao, Mas Pau and some others from France and Italy.
Inside my kitchen, i try to enhance the excellent product found locally, mixing traditional and signature cuisine in a perfect harmony, adding my personality and passion but always making something different out of my dishes.
