I grew up in Buenos Aires in an Italian family. For us, home-produced products and farming the land are the foundations of cuisine. This is why I prefer ample dishes that respect the taste of fresh seasonal products. Our cuisine is inspired by Mediterranean, French and South American influences. It showcases local Minorcan produce as well as produce from our ecological garden, the true stars of our dishes.
