I am passionate about food in all its’ genres. My food style at Londolozi is ‘simply sophisticated’ thus allowing the food to be the best version of itself on any plate or platter – full of flavour, texture and style. My signature dishes are Beef Fillet with African Hollandaise and Seared Norwegian Salmon with Basil & Artichoke Puree & Salsa Verde, one out of our many Londolozi Signatures is our homemade breakfast muesli!
