The avant-garde Biały Królik restaurant is an enchanting and a bit eccentric place that widens the horizons of culinary experiences, delights and appeals to all senses. Created with passion by Chefs Marcin Popielarz and Rafał Koziorzemski, it has become a synonym of Polish creative cuisine, rich in forms and strongly rooted in regional propositions. Both chefs are known for their passion for the Polish local cuisine based on products and recipes from the Pomerania region. They personally select their suppliers and they created their own small garden right next to the restaurant. Vegetables grown there are served directly on plates.
