“At the very edge of the Pacific Ocean, a haven of charm and elegance where memories are waiting to be made.”
Nestled in a cove in the northeast corner of North Island, five villas surrounding a main house host the hotel’s suites. With views over the crystalline waters of Helena Bay reaching out to the Pacific, luxurious vegetation and alpacas along the paths, the setting is spectacular. Constructed using local materials, this lodge is part of a farm that is today dedicated to the raising of wagyu beef cattle and in the maintaining of its pine forest as a carbon sink. The final touch of sophistication here comes from the cuisine of the lodge’s Italian chef. Inspired by the restaurant Don Alfonso 1890, the dishes are made from ingredients cultivated on the property.
