Meet Executive chef Hans Snijders. He has cooked twice during a European treaty. On December 9th 1991. On that day the Euro was born at our Château. The lunch for all European leaders during the Maastricht treaty was hosted here by Queen Beatrice of The Netherlands.
The unique Baroque gardens are the only terraced gardens in the Benelux and Unesco-listed. It is absolutely worth taking a stroll through the gardens whilst being on property.
