With its breathtakingly beautiful views of the Bay of Naples, Caesar’s terrace provides the perfect setting for my raw fish, oysters and caviar bar! Every evening, guests gather here to watch the sun setting over the neighbouring island of Ischia whilst savouring my Mediterranean sushi, made with the freshest of local fish and best accompanied by a glass (or two!) of the finest bubbles.
