Gastronomy with a view

For a unique experience, we advise you to lunch in our restaurant overlooking the sea, La Pagoda, where guests can enjoy a wide choice of daily starters, fresh pasta, a rich variety of salads and cheeses and delicious desserts by our pastry chef, Adriano.
Our chef can recommend the grilled fish of the day or Chianina beef, all served with chilled Tuscan wine.
While you have lunch, you can relax by admiring the azure calm of the Bay of Punta Ala.

The pleasures of a stay at the Gallia Palace

Andrea Ansaldi

During your stay at the Gallia Palace, you can treat yourself to the pleasure of a candlelit dinner on the terrace or laze on our private beach. If your preference is for golf, the neighbouring Punta Ala course is both challenging and picturesque, and after your round, you can enjoy a relaxing massage in our beauty centre. But for a totally unforgettable experience, do not hesitate to explore the islands of the Tuscan archipelago aboard our private yacht, with a walk on the sands of Cala Violina and a swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Sparviero. After a well deserved rest, you can enjoy a meal on board, in the middle of the Bay of Punta Ala.

Golf by the sea

Golf by the sea

Jakob Kressig

The Punta Ala golf course has few artificial barriers, and for good reason: the natural barrier that constitutes the Mediterranean scrub is enough to make it an absolutely fascinating and very technical course with quite unique holes. The first, a 310 metre downhill par 4 with a breathtaking view of the castle, Elba Island and Punta Ala Bay. At the end of a long course covering more than 6,000 metres, the last hole, offering one of most beautiful settings in Europe, gives you a spectacular view: at the bottom, the last green is surrounded by water, which gives the impression that the ball is going to end up in the clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. You can take a refreshing drink and relax a little on the terrace of the Golf Club, listening to birdsong while you enjoy the superb landscape.'
