Caino is an authentic Tuscan restaurant in the small, hilltop town of Montemerano. Here, Michelin-starred chef, Valeria Piccini, creates regionally-inspired dishes that convey the emotion and love that goes into preparing them.
The chef draws inspiration from the rich produce of the area’s fertile, chalk soils, which provide the perfect ground for vines and olives. The restaurant produces its own wines, as well as what diners consider to be exceptional olive oil from groves containing some 900 trees.
