41-year-old Maik Albrecht comes to us with plenty of international experience and great passion for grande cuisine. At the legendary Traube Tonbach Hotel, he spent 7 years stirring things up as Master Chef at the Köhlerstube and Bauernstube restaurants. At the Palazzo Harald Wohlfahrt in Hamburg, he wowed hundreds of guests when he was head of the kitchen there.
Finally, he sailed the seas for 12 years as Executive Chef for SeaCloud Cruises. But now, he has moored his boat in the castle kitchen of Burg Schlitz, so now it’s your turn to be dazzled with his culinary ideas, dear guests!
