Our commitments

A vegetable garden and deer... the promise of freshness and authenticity.

What was it that was missing from the castle from 1710, already boasting a park and a river? -  why a vegetable garden of course, so that the restaurant kitchen could use its own quality products. A new source of joy, the harvest complements local productions from a market gardener with whom an exclusive partnership was signed several years ago. During which time, deer roam the area freely without fear of the rifles of hunters, while the children participate in a treasure hunt in the footsteps of the Fairy of Mélusine.
