L'Envers du Décor

Ronan Kervarrec, two Michelin stars at the Table de Plaisance at the Hostellerie de Plaisance in Saint-Émilion, has designed the menu at the new bistro and wine bar L’Envers du Décor, taken over in mid-February by the Perse family. It offers a cuisine focused on seasonal products, simply worked to respect the flavours that make an ideal accompaniment to Saint-Émilion’s delicious wines and wonderfully brought to life by François Durand, who trained at the two Michelin-starred La Chèvre d’Or where he was second in command to Ronan Kervarrec (Eze Village).
