Chef Olivier Barbarin constantly refreshes the menu at the Château d’Audrieu’s restaurant, named “Le Séran” as a tribute to the château’s history. Consisting of three dining rooms on the ground floor, the restaurant has a warm ambiance and is painted bright red in a colour known as “Terre d’Égypte”. In the first dining room, a generous 600-bottle wine cellar occupies an entire wall between two doors! A wide range of more than 200 different wines, representing the vast majority of France’s wine-producing areas, as well as several from across Europe and the New World, has been carefully selected. The wine list includes a page entitled “Favourites” dedicated to recommendations from the sommelier. For a dinner for two, with family or friends, “Le Séran” is a welcoming spot where simplicity and fine dining come together in just the right way. The fresh seasonal produce from the garden will delight all taste buds!
