An installation revealing objects and photographs relating to the history of the venue. The library contains lots of books on art, architecture and landscapes. We collect art and share emotions. Artists like Eric Poitevin, Silvia Bächli, Claude Viallat, Traquandi, Thomas Shütte, Mitja Tusek, Helmut Dörner, Pia Fries have become friends. There are some beautiful works to be discovered. »
My father planted a 2-hectare vineyard on the Côte Roannaise in 1992. It’s an AOC. He did it in partnership with the winemaker Robert Sérol. The plot is know as "Les Blondins", it’s organic and the grape variety is Gamay. Those who have tried it once have been converted. From the dining room in Ouches you can see our vineyard in the distance.
"The centre of Roanne is just a stone's throw from our property. I'd advise you to go to the covered market, as there are some very good food artisans. On the way, you can walk through the pretty Parc des Promenades and visit the archaeology and fine art museum. On the way back, stop off at our café-deli, Le Central. This wonderful brasserie has become a must-visit meeting place to enjoy a blue cheese omelette soufflé, frogs legs with ginger, steak tartare, or a chocolate flan."

The places are set at the chef's table in the kitchen, ready to give "hands-on" help at the action stations, as everyone will put the finishing touches to their dessert.
