An Invitation to Provence

The Château de Berne is an invitation to enjoy a unique stay in a place where Provence lies at the heart of every experience. Discover the estate’s great wines with a tasting at La Cave, breathe in the sweet fragrance of Provence as you stroll around the 500-hectare grounds, and sample the region’s flavours in the estate’s restaurants, which showcase local produce. From the décor of the rooms to the shops and events, everything here is an excuse to enjoy the Provençal way of life.

Didier Juvin - General Manager

Down a long driveway through picture-perfect countryside dotted with Provençal garrigue, vines and centuries-old trees, the Château de Berne comes into view surrounded by nature as far as the eye can see. Here, visitors will be greeted not by ostentatious luxury or palatial opulence, but by a true haven of peace. The new 800m²-spa offering premium services, the estate’s expansive grounds crossed by two rivers, and the sweetness of Provence are a real invitation to unwind and relax during a tranquil stay.

Christine Monteil - General Manager

We have been cultivating the authentic art of wine-making at the Château de Berne for 300 years. We share our passion for wine and Provence to delight our visitors. Winding through vineyards and olive groves up to a 330m high plateau, the trail boasts panoramic views of the Maures foothills, 500 hectares of nature and 121 hectares of vines and olive trees. Set against this typically Provençal backdrop is the Château de Berne wine-making estate, where you are welcome to come and discover its wines in its tasting cellar.
