Mr. Franz Huick started as the chef of Grand Park Hotel in 2006. Prior to that, he has 20 years of management experience in major five-star hotels. He was a member of the Austrian national chefs team to successfully take part in cooking Olympics and world championships. The chef is also specialized in ice carving, vegetable carving and butter carving. He cooks without being too fancy or losing sight of the essential and combined with local special ingredients, bring customers unburdened and delicious dishes. In the past ten years, he has focused on researching health-preserving cuisine and paying attention to the principles of health. A major feature of the cuisine is the intake of carbohydrates, protein and fat. The chef will use natural honey and other nut grains to replace artificial products. The most important thing is that the ingredients must be fresh and seasonal.
