“My kitchen fizzes with energy. I use a wide range of local products and allow myself to be inspired by the array of spices, wild fruits and plants that can be found nearby, or that grow in our gardens. We care about our natural surroundings and being able to trust our partners is really important to us. At our restaurant, you can sample wild game, fish that has inhabited Alpine waters, and meat from animals reared on Tyrolean mountain farms. Culinary diversity is our motto: whether typical Austrian or French dishes, or our own combinations of ingredients, passion and creativity are quite simply an integral part of our cuisine. "

“Family” is a word that fittingly describes the Hotel Singer’s approach.
Employees and managers make a rule of greeting guests and each other by name – a sign of the personal care and attention that differentiates the hotel from competitors. Sustainability here has a local flavor: one that respects and draws on the alpine heritage, delivering its own brand of social sustainability – in turn securing economic prosperity. The hotel strives to be an excellent employer for local people, offering a comprehensive three-year training program. It currently has three young people in training: two within walking distance and one from nearby Innsbruck. Non-local staff are also fully integrated into the community. They live in a dedicated staff house – a complimentary “home from home”; time out is taken to celebrate birthdays and Christmas; and employees have access to a range of benefits, including use of the business facilities and spa, discounted ski passes, and family and friends rates.
