In Argentina, we cowboys are called ‘gauchos’. The Colibri Experience is above all about wide open spaces and lots of horse riding through the plains, forests and rivers on our property.
We will make your time spent together at the Colibri, off the beaten track, into wonderful life-long memories... A stay at the Colibri will lead to surprise after surprise.
The fragrances and colours of the Colibri farm make it a place to really commune with nature. Come and arrange a bouquet of flowers or help milk the cows. You can also collect fresh eggs and pick fruit and vegetables for our Chef to prepare and serve for you.
I have loved polo for years and it was a dream come true when I created my El Colibri Polo Club team, who compete in numerous tournaments on horses bred and trained on the estate. The two large fields are equipped with an irrigation system for an optimum lawn quality all year round. So anyone can take part, whether amateur or professional and whatever your level.
I have the pleasure of cooking seasonal products that are cultivated on our land every day. So, meat, milk, eggs, fruit, vegetables and aromatic herbs are all completely fresh and pure. Whether it’s a lunch by the river or in our kitchen garden, or overlooking the Grill with a view over the Sierras, mealtimes at the Colibri are precious.
