El restaurante Les Salons ofrece platos ligeros de inspiración regional en los servicios de almuerzo y cena. La cocina y las salas del restaurante, albergadas en la antigua residencia del barón de Selys de Fanson, han conservado su decoración original, lo que contribuye al refinamiento del servicio prestado por el personal. El lugar combina referencias del pasado con una cocina contemporánea elaborada por el chef y su talentosa brigada a base de ingredientes locales, algunos de los cuales proceden directamente del huerto de la propiedad. Green Key is an international certificate which represents sustainability for companies operating in the tourism and leisure industry. The property has been awarded the Golden Green Key Certificate. This is the highest award and means that the property not only complies with the required standards but in fact exceed them. This work continues in parallel with growing and producing local products from the estate itself: sparkling rosé wine, fruit juices, fruit jams, honey, tending the orchard (with rare species that help to maintain biodiversity) and sourcing seasonal, local products.
