Inspirado por las vistas del monte sagrado Athos, nuestro Chef artesano Panos Papadopoulos ha diseñado la filosofía de su menú. Originario de Nausa, una pequeña ciudad del norte de Grecia, famosa por sus vinos y la alta calidad de su producción agrícola, Panos ha crecido con sabores auténticos e ingredientes que pasaban de la huerta al plato.

Avaton Luxury Hotel & Villas works closely with Arcturos, one of the largest and best-known NGOs in Greece. The charity as a rescue project for bears being exploited by circuses and zoos, and now safeguards twelve native species within their natural habitats in Northern Greece.
Avaton Luxury Hotel & Villas responded enthusiastically to an approach for help by the charity, which has led to a successful partnership—the only one of its kind in the country—and the emergence of an entirely new species: the Avatonian Teddy! This big, cuddly, soft toy has been observed climbing onto young visitors’ beds just before they arrive, with a note that says, “You could save a bear by taking me home!” The program has proved a huge hit with the hotel’s guests; 60% of them are won over by the toy’s charm, which, in turn, helps provide continued funding for Arcturos’s essential work.
