The views are idyllic, the forest air is revitalizing: in the heart of the Black Forest, Harald Wohlfahrt offers a festival for all the senses. Carpaccio of wild gambas and breast of black-feathered chicken stuffed with foie gras, are amongst the culinary creations which turn a meal at Schwarzwaldstube into a great moment. Inspired by the tantalising diversity of the best produce and drawing inspiration from cuisines the world over, the Chef approaches traditional cuisine with authenticity, precision and a wealth of innovation.
