Spanish-born Grand Chef Ramon Freixa is one of the leading lights in Mediterranean cuisine. His food takes Mediterranean flavours to new levels thanks to his inventive touches, daring and humour. Dishes include roasted tomato with bourbon flavor; young pigeon sausage; tender peas with lettuce; lamb shoulder roasted with sobrasada and honey; root slices with liquorice; green beans carbonara and mint potatoes; chocolate walnut cream: 85% abinao curd with hints of mint, pine and rosemary; creamy earl grey with walnuts yogurt. The restaurant itself is modern without being minimalist, it is spacious and appointed with wide tables and comfortable chairs, and there is a focus on personalised service and attention.
