Relais & Châteaux Chèques vouchers are available in two different type of coupons from 50 and 100 euros usable in any Relais & Châteaux hotels around the world.

 They are accepted in any circumstances
 They have no restriction and are valid for all Relais & Châteaux properties
 They allow to pay any type of expenses, such as restaurant, hotel stay, or activities (Spa, golf, tasting, cooking classes…)
 They can be exchanged or extended until their deadline date of use
 They are available in American dollars, pounds Sterling and Swiss francs

All our Relais & Châteaux Chèques vouchers and the Relais & Châteaux Lys vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. They are also changeable and extendable.

After your order (it will take about 3 days from the time of purchase to the delivery date), you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with a number that will allow you to track your parcel’s delivery. Delivery to your home address the following day before 13 h. From the date of purchase, if it was done online, you will have 7 days to cancel the order. The expiration date of Relais & Châteaux Chèques vouchers and the Relais & Châteaux Lys vouchers are on the voucher itself. Please note all Relais & Châteaux vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Our Relais & Châteaux Chèques vouchers and the Relais & Châteaux Lys vouchers are issued « to the bearer », means that there are no names mentioned on the vouchers and can be used by any person who obtains them. In case of robbery or loss, the bearer is the only responsible person and he will not be able to receive any refund or replacement.

Your Relais & Châteaux Chèques vouchers are accepted in all Relais & Chateaux hotels in the world. These vouchers allow you to pay a stay in Relais & Châteaux hotel as well as restaurant expenses. No specific booking process is required when using your Relais & Châteaux Chèques vouchers, you may use it as a method of payment when you have to settle your bill at the hotel.

For all Relais & Châteaux Lys vouchers, you are required to book your stay or dinner through the hotel of your choice directly. We suggest you to contact the hotel directly by advising them the name of Lys voucher you have. In order to have a selection of opening dates and Relais & Châteaux hotels, we suggest you to book your stay in advance and not wait for last minute reservations, particularly during high season.

The list is limited. You have the possibility of changing your Lys voucher against another Lys voucher which is accepted in the hotel of your choice.

You can also change the Lys voucher for a Relais & Châteaux Chèques voucher which is accepted in all Relais & Châteaux hotels.
