The rates given are by way of information only and constitute a range between high and low season. They are given in local currency and in euro for member countries of the euro zone.

No personal information is collected without your knowledge. No personal information is passed on to third parties. No personal information is used for any purposes other than the envisaged ones.

This site is the subject of a declaration to the French Data Protection Agency (CNIL).

E-mailing

Messages sent on the Internet can be intercepted. Do no disclose unnecessary or sensitive personal information. If you wish to send us such information, do it by letter. In any case, sensitive transactions (bank details, etc.) are sent in a secured mode in the form of encryption and authentication algorithms. These secure transactions can be identified by the presence of a closed lock in most navigators.

The e-mails sent to Relais & Châteaux and the e-mail addresses used in the forms are kept for use by Relais & Châteaux and its subsidiaries unless otherwise instructed by you.

Cookies

Relais & Châteaux would like to install a "cookie" in your computer. A "cookie" enables us to identify you. Generally speaking, it registers information concerning the navigation of your computer on our site (the display language, preferred currency, GDS codes for travel agencies, travel planner...) which we will be able to read during your subsequent visits. It contains the information you have just given us. Thus, you will not be required during your next visit to fill in the same form again. All the same, we would draw your attention to the fact that the refusal of cookies may reduce the user friendliness of the Relais & Châteaux site and even make it impossible to use some of the functions like the Travel Planner.

The information requested when you order the Guide, when making reservations, etc. is essential for the smooth processing of your request. This information is intended only for the different departments of Relais & Châteaux and its subsidiaries for which you have access and correction rights.

Naming of persons on the site

The persons concerned have been informed of their rights. There is an immediate right of access to the site. The right to correction is exercised vis a vis the Internet department of Relais & Châteaux.
