These are values that Salvatore Ferragamo, grandson of the famous Italian shoemaker and general manager of one of our new member properties, Il Borro in Tuscany, has made his own. He is our 2013 Ambassador and that is why he has put his name to the introduction of our Guide.
This year, the digital and paper versions of the guide are closer to each other than ever before. The QR Codes printed on each country map and each of our member’s pages take you, in the first case, directly to the Google maps on our website and, in the second case, to the websites of the relevant hotels. A digital version of the guide will be made available on the website in ultra-light mode to facilitate download.
If you have an iPad or iPhone, you will be able to download an application in January which allows you to view more than 15,000 superb photographs of our properties and more than 400 videos. It will whet your appetite for travel and make it extremely easy for you to reserve online or over the phone, to obtain practical information for all our properties (weather forecast, local time and route by geo-location), find out about our latest news and our publications such as the 2013 Guide, our L’Ame et l’Esprit magazine and our delegation brochures.
