9 Grands Chefs Relais & Châteaux at the ephemeral gourmet restaurant
at the Grand Palais from 11 to 21 September 2008
The Grands Chefs Relais & Châteaux will be in charge, together with the caterer Potel et Chabot, of the culinary events at the 24th Biennale des Antiquaires in Paris.
This year the ephemeral gourmet restaurant at the antiquarian festival, produced by Potel et Chabot, will offer an exclusive menu of an exceptional chef, including 9 Grands Chefs Relais & Châteaux, for every lunch and dinner.

Wednesday 17 September: Jean-Michel Lorain Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux, La Côte Saint-Jacques in Joigny (Yonne)
Thursday 18 September: Jacques Chibois Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux, La Bastide Saint-Antoine in Grasse (Alpes Maritimes)
Friday 19 September: Jean-André Charial Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux, Oustau de Baumanière and in Baux de Provence (Bouches du Rhône)
