The 5-day program costs between $1900 and $2950 USD, and is an in-depth internship where the intern typically spends a day at each of the kitchen stations. The 2-day program costs between $1100 and $1400 USD, and is more of an overview of the kitchen with a focus on one or two kitchen stations. The cost of the program varies by restaurant according to the range specified above. How does the program work? How long is the day? A typical day starts mid-morning (starting time depends on the restaurant) and goes through lunch service with a break in the afternoon. Interns then resume for dinner service. We guarantee 8 to 10 hours a day, but you may attend as many or few hours as you would like.
