L'École des Chefs is the culinary program of Relais & Châteaux, an international association of independent and charming hotels and world-class restaurants. The École des Chefs program allows passionate amateur cooks to enter the kitchens of nearly 100 Relais Gourmands restaurants in 16 countries, where they will put on chef whites and work alongside the chef and kitchen brigade (team) as a culinary intern.
