Does L'École des Chefs offer certification? Since L'École des Chefs is a program for amateurs, we do not offer professional certification. However, you will receive a certificate signed by the chef at the end of your program. What if I want to give this to someone as a gift? Since L'École des Chefs makes an excellent gift for the truly passionate amateur cook, we are pleased to offer gift certificates for the program. You will need to fill out and submit an application form on behalf of your recipient, and we will issue a gift certificate for a 2 or 5-day program that can be used in any participating L'École des Chefs restaurant worldwide (subject to availability). Gift certificates are valid for one year, and come in a lovely presentation package with a gift bag and tissue. Important Note: We do not issue gift certificates for specific chefs.
