On ne peut être plus amoureux de Marseille que la famille Passédat. Aimer Marseille, c’est aimer la Méditerranée, indissociable de la ville, autant que l’est la cuisine de Gérald Passédat. Les poissons sont bien entendu au cœur de sa cuisine, des poissons pêchés ici, des poissons oubliés parfois - la galinette, le chapon - qui se succèdent avec les crustacés et vous donnent ce délicieux sentiment d’immersion dans la Grande Bleue. Plat fétiche bien sûr, la « Bouille Abaisse », légère, iodée, zéphyrienne, mais aussi le fameux Loup Lucie. Gardez un peu de place pour les desserts; ils sont, de l’aveu même du chef, « extravagants ». Quant à la vue sur la Grande Bleue, elle est omniprésente : de la terrasse comme du restaurant.
