In a quiet residential area of Punta del Este, surrounded by a magnificent garden, Bondoux produces authentic French cuisine using products from his own farm. “My cuisine is close to the land. I love thyme, bay leaves, sage, rosemary, garlic, onions and tomatoes – everything that comes from the earth.” His courgette flowers stuffed with chicken and virgin olive oil, and his rack of roast lamb in garden herbs are deliciously fresh.
