Even today “In the Streets of Antibes”, one of his greatest jazz tunes, continues to serenade the town and the region, which have become something of a “European New Orleans”. Here, the swing is not only about the jazz festival; there are also lots of great golf courses nearby. The Imperial Garoupe Hotel is located in this dreamlike setting. In this pink-walled villa, the rooms are all decorated in a nomadic spirit and the vibrant colours of the South are muted by the parasol pines that edge the patios.
