Between Drôme and Ardèche, Anne-Sophie Pic and David Sinapian shake up the classics whilst, at the same time, respecting their culinary heritage. Minimalist lines, the finest materials create a truly contemporary decor. The Maison Pic has done some revamping but it continues to merit its reputation for delicate, sensitive and truly feminine cuisine. The welcome, simplicity itself, continues to be pleasing, discreet and faultless. Deliciously stolen hours.
