Marion and Jean-Pierre Pinelli created this hotel over 15 years ago. The water of the infinity pool in the middle of the terrace seems to be purposefully seeking a way to join the Mediterranean. The understated and contemporary design of the rooms promises total relaxation. In the kitchen, Sébastien Sevellec takes Corsican and Mediterranean cuisine to new heights and reserves a starring role for fresh fish and shellfish. His dishes capture the essence of the “Island of Beauty”, such as his delicious and freshly caught Dentex fish or rock fish served with girolle mushrooms, baby onions, new potatoes, basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
