Lassausaie has received many distinctions, a testament to his extraordinary French cuisine, which relies on the perfect balance of tradition and innovation. Carefully sourced ingredients are beautifully presented in the recently refurbished restaurant characterized by contemporary décor, a stunning collection of paintings by the artist Jean Fusaro from Lyon| and lots of natural light.
