Brittany-born chef Pierrick Guilloux and his wife Lysiane have created one of the best tables in the Benelux. This colourful character puts as much life into what he has to say as he does into his dishes and this passion produces gourmet gems. People come from miles around for the panfried tournedos of fresh cod with granny’s mashed potatoes, oxtail stuffed with foie gras or roast turbot with shallot confit.
