Weekly closing: Hotel: Sunday and Monday (from September to April). Restaurant: Sunday, Monday and Tuesday noon (from September to April).
Annual closing: From January 1st to 6th and from December 19th to 29th.

Unique in the world: the salmon is smoked on site, vegetables and herbs come from the kitchen garden.

It was on the island of Fyn, considered as “the garden of Denmark”, that Hans Christian Andersen was born, and which has now been immortalised through his fairy tales. Today in Millinge, a small village on the island, there are other tales being told: that of a man who makes his recipes into true Scandinavian legends. At Per Hallundbaek table, the salmon is homesmoked, the turbot comes with vegetables grown in the own garden. The rooms are small lofts, with their walls of white bricks, minimal decorations and soft lighting. In the land of the auroras borealis, you won’t be needing the sandman’s help to have beautiful, deep dreams.
