Special chickens - on 16 Dec 2010
Selecting Lunch with Robert Good friend Robert Morris who supplies us with his special breed of chickens from his farm in Strathaven. Matured for 14 weeks. Chicken as it should taste. Simply roasted, with lots of garlic and drunk with lots of Pinot Noir.
