On the edge of the Parc des Sources in Vichy, Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux Jacques Decoret has taken over with his wife Martine a brick chalet from the times of Napoleon III with a delightful conservatory and a planted roof. With its 5 gentle, spacious guest rooms, a kitchen with large picture windows, it blends contemporary and classical style, the perfect image of the Chef himself. He favours fine produce to which he applies his innovative skills, concocting combinations of hitherto unsuspected flavours. Gourmets can also sign up to introductory cooking classes.
